Human Resources Generalist  

There is an outstanding opportunity in Memphis for an experienced Human Resources Generalist.  This is a temp-to-hire position.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources/Recruiting position.

  • Will be working with people, orientation, bench-marking, evaluations, etc.

  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Must have experience with Word and Excel

  • Should be extremely organized and detail oriented

  • Some college or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations

  • Perform various administrative duties to include copy, scan, print and fax documents, data entry, e-mails

  • Screen and select qualified applicant

  • Verify employment qualifications which includes background checks and drug screens

  • Completion of I-9 and W-4 paperwork

  • Maintain applicant/employee files

Candidates will be tested in Payroll, Word & Excel.

Salary:  $40-55k/yr, DOE

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8 - 5
