A religious organization in Memphis has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Administrative assistance to 3 different departments
Create monthly calendars and schedules for employees
Mail curriculum quarterly to department leaders
Compile folders for teachers will all necessary information they will require
Curriculum book preparation
Creature activity brochures
Maintain sign-in sheets
Assist with project planning and camp preparation
Create flip charts
Handle PowerPoint/music for assemblies
Assist with children
Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
Highly motivated, energetic, proactive
Must have GREAT oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and multi-tasking required
Able to shift gears easily and answer to several department heads
Extensive knowledge of applications in Microsoft Office 365. Candidates will be tested.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
Salary: $17.25/hr DOE, Benefits offered
Hours: 40 hours per week
