Administrative / CSR

A company in DeSoto County is looking for a Administrative / CSR

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet clients
  • Back up on Taking Payments
  • Check mail daily
  • Make sales calls. 
  • Assist all team members as needed.
  • Perform basic clerical responsibilities:  filing, typing documents, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Must take tests in Property/Casualty and MS Life and Health.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and be proficient with the internet.
  • Experience working in a call center is preferred.
  • Must have strong communication and grammar skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must have a stable work history.

Salary: $10-$12 DOE, Benefits are offered

Hours: M-F 8-5 9:30-1:30 every other Sat
