Brannon Professionals offers several options for hiring because we understand that not all businesses are the same. If you don't see an option that works for your company, give us a call and we will work with you to customize an option that meets your needs.
The employee remains on the Brannon Professionals payroll, and a bill rate is charged based on the employee’s hourly pay rate. The bill rate covers the costs of payroll taxes, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, and other benefits. Brannon Professionals assumes all responsibility for liabilities.
Temp to Hire
Temp-to-Hire is a good option when you are looking to fill a position but want the opportunity to try a candidate before committing long term. The employee is paid by Brannon Professionals as a temporary for a period of time until they are moved to your payroll. The employee may be converted from temp-to-hire at any time. The conversion fee is based on a percentage of the starting salary, and you will receive credit for the hours the employee has already worked.
The Flat Fee
A modified form of temp to hire, the Flat Fee Program is one of our most popular options. This program allows a Brannon Professionals' employee, who works for you for four weeks, to be converted to your payroll for a discounted flat fee. For fee information, please contact our office.
With this option you get a sixty day guarantee; so if anything should happen, we will replace the employee for no additional fee.
This option allows you to immediately hire a candidate from Brannon Professionals for a fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary. These fees range from 18% to 35%. There is a 90 day guarantee with this option.
When you find a candidate that you would like to hire, but you don’t want to add them to your payroll you may choose this payrolling option. This option allows you to immediately start a candidate and receive a reduced hourly bill rate that does not include any recruiting fees.
