Customer Service Representative

A distribution company in Memphis has an immediate, temp-to-hire opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Requirements:

  • Two to five years of customer service experience is required.
  • Experience with heavy phone orders and various product lines is a huge plus.
  • Must have previous internet sales experience.
  • Must have strong basic math skills.
  • Will enter data into an AS400 system
  • Good computer skills are required (will be tested in Word, Excel, Typing, and Data Entry).
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Will need to make suggestions and be helpful and not pushy
  • Must be professional and have great presentation
  • Must have taken 75-100 calls per day regarding a product.
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Must have a good attitude and cheerful demeanor.
  • Previous experience with product and distribution preferred.

Salary: $14-16/hour, DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-5
