Customer Service Representative

A company in Southaven has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative.  

Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiline phone system.
  • Greet customers.
  •  Answer general information questions.
  • Copying, filing, and other basic clerical duties.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:  

  • Strong communication skills.
  •  Must be extremely dependable.
  •   Must be energetic.
  •  Home repair or construction knowledge preferred.
  •   Must have customer service experience.
  •   Must be trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive data.
  • Must be detailed and service oriented.
  •  Must have good Word and Excel skills and be very organized.

Hours: M-F 8:15-5 30 minute lunch.

Salary: $13-$14 an hour DOE
