Accounting / Administrative

A company in Desoto county has an immediate opening for an Accounting / Administraitive person.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. 

Requirements:

  •  At least 2 years of continuous experience as a Bookkeeper
  •  Must have knowledge of word and excel.
  • Must have strong bookkeeping experience.
  • Must have knowledge of General Ledger, and AP.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Construction company background is a plus.
  • Must be highly analytical, organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  •  Use Sage accounting software/ MAS90
  • Balance ledgers and reconcile accounts.
  • Perform full cycle accounts payable and receivable, including collections and billing
  •  Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Prepare quarterly taxes, reports, and file payroll taxes.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

Salary:  $15-$17 an hour DOE, Great benefits offered. 

Hours:  Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30pm Fri-7:30-12:00pm
