A company in Memphis has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Compose letters, e-mails, reports, and other materials.
- Maintain filing system.
- Customer Service.
- Any other clerical duties as requested.
- Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
- Must have Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Candidates will be tested.
- Must have GREAT oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking required.
Salary: $12-$15/hour, depending on experience. Offers paid time off plus paid major holidays, including the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
