Administrative Assistant

A company in Memphis has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Compose letters, e-mails, reports, and other materials.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Customer Service.
  • Any other clerical duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
  • Must have Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Candidates will be tested.
  • Must have GREAT oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking required.

Salary: $12-$15/hour, depending on experience.   Offers paid time off plus paid major holidays, including the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
