Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping 
  • Coordinate aircraft charter services when necessary
  • Communication / Coordination with aircraft owners and clients
  • Responsible for regular reports (quarterly and annual) for owners and CFO
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have strong Excel and Word skills
  • Must have experience working with executives
  • Must have strong bookkeeping experience
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be very organized and detailed
  • Hospitality industry or business manager experience preferred. 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Will be tested in Accounting, Excel and Word

Salary: $38K-$45K DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 - 5
